Note to yourself –
“You are enough. Thousand times enough.”

Be patient with yourself.

Everyday won’t be productive.

Every feeling won’t feel good.

Every love won’t last.

The thing about brave heart is, they are not afraid to be alone. They are not afraid to feel weak.

This is your reminder to do one tiny thing that makes you feel a little bit better whenever your mental health starts declining.

Small steps to overcome from mental illness can be a good move.
– Open your window to get some fresh air,
– take a shower if you’re too exhausted to move,
– call someone you feel comfortable talking to.

One tiny thing is all you need to remind yourself that what you’re going through was never meant to last. It isn’t permanent, my friend. Hang in there.
You’re doing your best and make sure to always remind yourself that you’re going to make it in the end.

Be proud of who you are because sufferings and struggles are personal. Only you the person you’ve became despite of all the odds that doesn’t favor you.
Just know they only made you stronger. Remember, just like sun cannot keep shining all day long. Nor do you.

It’s okay to feel tired even though you have much work to do. It’s okay to press pause on the pile of work that you were pinpointing to complete.

It’s okay to stay in instead of going out if that’s what you feel like doing. Take break whenever you need and be there for yourself.

Health isn’t something what you are eating . It is also about what you are thinking and saying too!

Being there for yourself is the best form of self-care.

At the end of the day, don’t forget it’s you who have to shine for nobody but yourself.
