Self-love; an important part of life that we often forget. Daily chores keep us so busy, we forget to talk to important person of our life i.e. is SELF.

In the midst of finding life outside, we often forget to live inside.

Self-love is an art, therapy and realization of self-worth and respecting one’s self-esteem.

There is a difference between being self-centered and self-love.

Self-centered means you know your qualities, you have become aware of self nut you are demeaning others, finding flaws in others.

Self-love does not mean being self-centered. Self-love is accepting yourself the way you are with flaws, with mess; with your good and bad, with your strengths and weakness.

Appreciating one-self is also a major part of self-love for all little efforts, for all little achievements.

Self-love is a therapy that makes a person courteous, full of gratitude and happy from inside. It actually helps us to portray ho we are in real, rather than the mask we wear in front of others.

Self-love helps you to achieve high self-esteem.

How to Start:

1.Appreciate every day, every little effort that you have made to grow in your life.

2.Stop comparing with others.

3.Accept your flaws and weakness.

4.Be grateful for what you have, feel it.

5.Be content.
