How about Emotional Wellness?
Have you ever got insights on mental health/wellbeing while you were younger probably a teenager ?
I bet most of you don’t. Because nobody wants to talk about emotions, depression, suicidal thoughts until and unless it happened.
It shouldn’t be considered as a sign of being weak or vulnerable. It should be something about which people should feel a sense of being heard. So they can talk freely about it. Don’t you think we deserve to be free from all the thoughts which we possibly don’t often talk about to anyone.
You may sure don’t want to talk about it. But you may definitely never stop thinking about it. Now don’t you think, you should work on your mind to make it a better place. A place which should be free from all the negativity of the world and full of happy thoughts. Your mind should consists of nothing but peace, positivity and soundness of wellbeing.
You spend most of the time inside your head. So, make your mind a beautiful place by decluttering it.
- Stress – Everything changes. Whatever your current situation is – good or bad. It will change. So, just breath. Life is beautiful. Each day brings new energy. Just embrace it.
- Past – Take the lead. It’s no one’s fault that you are who you are. If in a critical situation you will be passive and will only blame everyone and everything, then nothing will change. Take the initiative, take positive steps – and you will be able to change the situation for the better. Do not cling to the past – it cannot be changed; think about the future – it can be influenced.
- Heavy emotions – Express your feelings. Learn to talk more about how you feel. Be honest with other people when it comes to your feelings. Do not try to protect others from them. This applies to both positive and negative emotions. If you feel annoyed, talk about it. If you feel happy – do not hide. Be persistent when you don’t want to do something or when you feel that the situation is hurting you.
- Jealousy – Looking other’s life covetously is a sign of your own inability of not doing enough which causes troubles to nobody but your own life and mind. So be humble. Appreciate everyone without looking them with jealous eyes.
- Those ‘What if’ thoughts – Nothing haunts us like the things we don’t say, risks we don’t take, memories we don’t make, happiness we don’t share. Whatever that may be. There will always be ‘what if’ thoughts which basically nothing but a thought which could have been.
- Negative energy – If something or someone’s aura doesn’t go well with yours, you should choose not to be around. It isn’t an act of being rude or something. It just means you’re wise enough to know what you allows in your life. It is an act of self-care which in every way you’re choosing yourself and protecting you vibe.
- Regret – Oh, you didn’t pass that exam? Or the didn’t go along with your friends to a trip and they cannot stop sharing photos which keeps pop up in your Instagram feed? Or maybe, a lover whom you don’t wanted to go but you have to let them go? Does any of these sound familiar to you? It may or may not, you just need to know regret will always be there. In the end of the day what matters is how you take action by choosing to waste your time on something that doesn’t even deserve a thought or living in the present while working for the future ?

Time is the best healer. Just give yourself some time. If it is something that time doesn’t heal just know you need not to waste your time by thinking of it.
