Often in our day to day life we have came across words like,

  • I do hope you are happy.
  • I do hope we will meet again.
  • I do hope you will have great experience.

Well, I personally think these are the most relaxing words our ears can ever hear, our heart can ever feel, and most importantly, our mind can ever absorb because somewhere in between the hurdles of uncertainties in our life it gives a sense of belongingness and relief.

Each person deals with different perspectives and how their perspective is completely depends upon how they choose to indulge themselves throughout their day and most importantly, how they view the world. Still, there are people out in this world like me who believes in miracle. To me, miracle is not only a fantasy but something more than that. Something as possibility of things to happen. Something to hope for!

Sometimes I really wonder what life would be like – if you don’t even hope or choose not to see it in your life. If you lose hope, you are just dropping your desires of future. Because you never know what tomorrow may bring and you never know how amazing that can be. So, it is very important to minimize all your hopeless thoughts or any form of destructive thoughts in order to keep your grip on life. Remember to never lose hope in life.

Few days back, I encountered a man who collects garbage from everyone’s house. As he was looking happy in the early morning,

I asked him – “What is that something that made him happy this morning ?”

He replied saying, – “He is happy to be alive in this pandemic and having faith towards his life that he’ll be breathing to experience better phase in his life ahead”

It made me stop and appreciate his hopeful perspective towards life.

Then, I went to my room and gather all the thoughts about how I can live a hopeful life in any critical point of my life and how it will transform my mental health. I jot down all the things which I do day in and day out and how much things I do for my mental health by considering or taking it as my responsibility to  support my mental health. So having hope in life is no less than a miracle.

However difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at” – Stephen hawking

I do hope that you have figured it out yet, that it is you who has to look after yourself, it is you with who has to calm all your destructive thoughts because at the end of the day it is you who have to be there for your own self.

Lastly, I do hope you take responsibility for your own mental wellness because it starts with I, me and myself.
