The most common sleep disorders are insomnia, sleep apnea, snoring, sleep paralysis, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, etc. Mental illness and sleep are related. You might withdraw from your colleagues, and this might bother the healthy relationships. Your focus, self-esteem, and concentration will be disturbed which leads to decreased performance and output. Mental illnesses are very common these days. Research says that every individual will suffer from one or the other mental illness at some point in their life. There is no need to panic if there is any problem coming in your way because treated accordingly will truly improve your state.

There is no such proof that mental illnesses are permanent. Some will fade away gradually and you can be normal again. Some are treatable and are preventable. Anxiety disorders are most treatable amongst all. Schizophrenia is recorded as the worst mental illness. Psychotherapy is the finest treatment for mental illness and it improves social and emotional well-being.

Mostly the mental illness starts at the age of 14 for every person. Middle-aged women have the highest rate of depression than any other.
