The human body is made up of the five elements, earth, water, fire, air, and space. Similarly, the human mind also is a combination of various feelings and emotions, some of which are ‘Blessings’ for the human mind, and some can trigger the ’Demon’ state of mind.

If good vibes, being optimistic, being passionate are some blessings for the human mind, then, stress, burnout, lack of focus and concentration, emotional instability, and mood swings, are the five elements or we can say the five ‘Demons’ through which the human mind is made. The saddest part is, because of increasing lifestyle changes, these ‘Demons’ are getting on the nerves, and the human mind is becoming a slave of unhealthy and ill habits.

The worst is, these ‘Demons’ are invisible! How? We often try to adapt to every possible method for making our body feel good. Despite all these efforts, we do not get the desired results. Why? Because of this ‘Invisible Demon’, which continuously targets our mind to attract negative vibes? The technological advancements and cutthroat competition in every field make it nearly impossible to completely cut these ‘Demons’ from our life.

But, the happy news is, we can reduce their impact and make our mind follow the positivity in the surrounding. This can be done by a very powerful and yet simple concept known as ‘UNDERSTANDING THE ABSOLUTE MEANING OF EUPHORIA- THE HAPPINESS’.

In a very brief description, let us understand “What is Happiness”? We all know that, but let’s try to redefine it according to today’s lifestyle. The three factors by which Happiness can be defined are, observing what is happening in your life, accepting the current situation without any judgment and, allowing feelings to exist, without giving your emotions the power to drive your mind.

The first thing to learn about Happiness is to understand that it is not an achievement; it’s a journey, which needs consistency. And guess what, this is the last teaching of happiness as well. One can only be happy when they realize that happiness is not achieved by a particular subject, instead, it needs to be extracted from every part of life.

Following some ways can be of help as a tool to feel that “euphoria”-

  1. Take your time. Good things happen with the betterment of time. Accept the way you are. Don’t try to compare yourself with others. There can be people who are better than you and you want to be like them. But, remember, ‘Rome was never built in a day’. So don’t target your mind to feel that happiness only when you reach a specific goal. Instead, allow your mind to sense happiness throughout your journey.
  2. Follow the concept of ‘Constructive Criticism’. It is an approach that says that if someone is criticizing you, don’t take it in the wrong way. Instead, use that criticism to fuel up your mind and make it a source of energy to ignite your thoughts. Squeeze out positivity from every chapter of life.
