A coin, very little thing, hold it for a minute, easy right? Hold it for 5 mins, still easy? hold it for 4 hours. Surprised?

Hands might get sweaty, you might start feeling itchy, restless, you might also feel you can’t do any activity with that hand and finally you release it. How would you feel?

Relaxed? Right!

From the inception, we hold so many repressed emotions, grudges, fears and move on but we don’t realize that how it is impacting us mentally, physically, emotionally in long run.

It is important, very important to release, express, forgive.

Anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, anger are not developed in one day. It is long process, when you repress emotions they eventually start harming you.

Forgive yourself, forgive others.

Grudge is for other but is residing inside you.

Forgiveness doesn’t necessarily mean to accept the other in life ,which is often misunderstood. Forgiveness means you are freeing them from grudges but as your personality traits are different you have other preferences in life.

Suicidal thoughts develop when a recurrent thought of being worthless exists.

Anxiety develops because of repressed emotions and so do depressions.

 Express– Release pain, release fears, what all positive things you have got in your life . Look around how blessed you are. See the people around, you will yourself be grateful. Speak out, write down, practice mindfulness, Channelise your energy.

Be mentally, emotionally and physically fit. “You have the power to do it .”
