I ask for nothing big
But a pen to write my own destiny
A notebook to express my suppressed thoughts
A book to know the world I haven’t seen
A bag to keep things that can change the world
A school to learn, grow and serve
I ask for nothing big
But my basic right
To not remain under the skies of ignorance and sheet of exploitation
To get out of shackles
To explore the world out there and one in me
I ask for nothing big
But to replace bricks and bangles with pens and books
I stand for myself today to support you tomorrow
