Krithika Akkaraju is a counsellor, photographer, traveller, writer and a mother of two who often wonders which of these roles really define her the best. While her role as a counsellor offers her the rare opportunity to see people without their facades, her photography allows her to witness the ever-changing roles that people play in their day to day lives. Krithika’s photographs and travel features have been published in Travel Plus, Australian Photography, Turkey Photoline, Better Photography and Platform magazines, and short stories have been published in literary magazines like Spark and Literary Yard. She lives in Bangalore, India.
