Moitreyee Paul is currently a Ph.D. scholar under the Xavier School of Human Resource Management, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, India. Previously, she was employed as an Assistant Professor at K.L. University Business School, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. She qualified the UGC-NET (India) exam held in June 2013 in the area of Human Resource Management (HRM). She is presently pursuing research in the area of workplace spirituality in higher education sector. She lives in Bhubaneswar, India.
