Dr. Arvind Neral, M.D. is Professor and Head, Department of Microbiology at Pt.J.N.M. Medical College Raipur. He is also the Director General of the Sickle Cell Institute Chhattisgarh. He has guided and co-guided more than 25 thesis of MD/MS students and has published 15 scientific papers in International and National indexed journals. His areas of interests include sickle cell disease, HIV/AIDS and blood donation.
