Introvert

An introvert is often thought of as a quiet, reserved, and thoughtful individual. They don’t seek out special attention or social engagements, as these events can leave introverts feeling exhausted and drained. Introverts are the opposite of extroverts. Extroverts are often described as the life of a party.

But is this really true?

Introverts may be quiet or reserved for outer world but it doesn’t mean that don’t communicate. Their intra-personal communication is more than inter-personal communication. Introverts are tabooed as timid and coward but the fact is introverts have different way of expression. They might not like to talk to individuals but that doesn’t make them weak. They are strong because they try to find solution themselves and work on it.

Introverts are often misunderstood as shy but the truth is they are not shy rather they prefer not to publicize themselves. They love their own aura so much that others presence doesn’t not affect them too much.

They want to be surrounded by people but they also want to be left alone. If they won’ t get their personal space they become furious and irritated.

Introversion is not a weakness rather strength

They are good listeners

They think before they speak

They make less but quality friends

They are leaders than boss

They observe things /people deeply.

Scientific Fact:

Evidence suggests that, unlike with extroverts, the brains of introverts do not react strongly to viewing novel human faces; in such situations, they produce less dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with reward. Introverts are more responsive to internally generated brain activity, from planning ahead to remembering the past. They are content with their own thoughts and don’t need a steady stream of novelty and emotional arousal to experience pleasure; they prefer to be quiet and happy in their own world.
